Corkboard #1 ~ Wedding Planner

For my first request “request #1″ you’ll see an inspirational corkboard for my friend Julie’s wedding. After thinking how I would go about requests I came to the conclusion that I want to inspire people to come up with what THEY want, so an “inspirational corkboard” idea was the way to go. So, if I was Julie’s wedding planner this would be my inspirational corkboard for her. Take a look and let me know what ideas you like the best!

Every bride asks herself, where do I start when planning a wedding? I would say to her “well let’s start at the very beginning, it’s a very good place to start.” Pick a theme. A theme could be a word like “elegant” or “simple” or “vintage” or it could be an object like a sunset {like I did for Julie}. If you’ve ever met Julie you would know in about 5 seconds she loves sunsets, so I chose to bring in the earth tones in dark greens and browns with pops of color like deep reds, oranges and of course your something blue. Julie I hope this corkboard brings out that creative side I know you have. Enjoy!

Coley!
